Known for his modern take on Milanese cuisine and his famed Michelin-star restaurant Cracco, Chef Carlo Cracco has long made waves in the world of culinary arts. After decades of tickling the taste buds of locals, Chef Carlo has ventured into the world of reality cooking shows. He’s appeared on MasterChef Italia, the Italian adaptation of Hell’s Kitchen, and Netflix’s culinary competition The Final Table. These have earned him the moniker “Italy’s most famous chef.”

Mia by Carlo Cracco is the fusion of two worlds: the technical workmanship of Scavolini, and the culinary genius of Michelin-star chef Carlo Cracco.

Further proving his prowess in the kitchen, Chef Carlo Cracco has teamed up with leading Italian kitchen producer, Scavolini. These two luminaries share a single great passion: the passion for authentic cooking. Together, they have designed a complete professional kitchen tailored to suit modern homes–Mia by Carlo Cracco.

The top-level technical workmanship of Mia by Carlo Cracco is reminiscent of an aristocratic restaurant’s bustling scullery. It’s equipped with innovative features and a stylish design that can easily complement the setting of your avant-garde abode. With superior manufacturing quality and a love for cooking, you can whip up tasty dishes worthy of five stars right in your own home.

A Taste for Tints

The collection comes in a variety of finishes to create a truly contemporary kitchen: warm neutral Pinstripe Oak decorative melamine, cool grey Dark Steel, crystalline Stopsol glass and crisp-white Clay Biomalta. Add warmth and personality to your backdrop with the corresponding panels available for each finish, and enhance it with warm lighting. Central islands with thick steel worktops are available in every color to prep your meals on. Snack tops and breakfast benches also come in hues akin to the collection’s finishes.

The Pinstripe Oak Decorative Melamine comes with a thick worktop in Amadeus Nat Stoneware. Its base unit is composed of a pull-out chopping board in Pietra D’Iseo-Ceppo, equipped with a waste bin and a knife rack.

Careful Composition

Graceful minimalism and purpose are evident throughout the collection, even in its pristine steel appliances. The blast chiller and vacuum drawer recede gracefully beneath the cooking and washing areas, maximizing the area. Ergonomic design is also present in the execution of the well-thought out workspace. A thick chopping board is tucked away neatly behind a drawer which is also equipped with a waste bin, a knife rack, and additional storage space underneath for convenience and efficiency.

The sleek larder units feature folding door glass with Dark Steel finish Aluminium Frame and clear Stopsol Glass.

Polished Provision

Take your kitchen’s setup up a notch as storage and style come together elegantly in the collection’s metal finishes, glass units, and overhead shelves. Embellish them with the collection’s food-warming lamp, shelves, containers for aromatic herbs and spices, food rack bowls, and bottle racks. All of these are in a uniform shade of sophisticated grey.

Merge your love for food with stylish design. Cook exemplary culinary creations in a contemporary kitchen with the aid of Mia by Carlo Cracco.
