WORLDBEX once again returned on-ground after two years to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The leading building and design exposition in South East Asia kicked off its event on August 31 and ran until September 3, 2022 at World Trade Center Manila and SMX Convention Center Manila. Over the years, WORLDBEX has fulfilled its promise of building a legacy and quality exposition for everyone.

For their Silver Anniversary celebration, WORLDBEX chose to go bigger and bolder. Guests who attended the event at the two mega venues had experienced the face to face interactions and had networked with the industry’s innovators. The event again prepared different activities that provided exclusive industry updates along with business and networking opportunities.

This year, WORLDBEX offered new activities. One of them was The World, an immersive interactive exhibit that showcased the Legacy Built of WORLDBEX through the years. This state-of-the-art display was yet another innovative experience for those who visited WORLDBEX 2022.

Visitors were also welcomed by the first Philippine Garden Festival, which was a lush exhibit of plants and flowers that was beautifully landscaped by world-class Landscape Artists. This exhibit was in partnership with LACISAP who continues to promote greener architecture across the Philippines.

Some of the country’s renowned interior designers reunited at the Interior Designers’ Gallery as they showcased the latest trends and styles in the design industry.

Meanwhile, the City of Tomorrow and Architects’ Gallery exhibited the latest projects and scale models from different architectural firms as they showcase the future developments in the country. These displays focused on the shared vision of building a better future for the country’s infrastructures.

WORLDBEX also held a design competition called: Projeto Design Competition. It was an inter-school competition for young aspiring architect students in the country, with this year’s theme, “The Arena: Envisioning Multifunctional Space for Filipino Athletes.” The works of the participants were on display during the event.

WORLDBEX Lab was another highlight of the event. It was a collection of ground-breaking products and technologies that have proven to be at the forefront of innovations and ingenuity.

Lastly, the event conducted the WORLDBEX 2022 Business Matching. It served as an avenue where industry key players have the opportunity to build connections and make long lasting partnerships. This free service of WORLDBEX is a proof commitment to their mission of turning vision into value.
