RLC Residences Expo Reimagines the Homeownership Journey
RLC Residences recently hosted “Hello, Home, Forever,” an ambitious exposition from June 20 to 22 at Park Avenue, Bridgetowne. The event marked the 45th anniversary of its parent company, Robinsons Land, by moving beyond conventional property showcases. Instead, it offered a comprehensive ecosystem designed to guide prospective homeowners through every stage of the purchasing journey, reinforced by exclusive opportunities and expert consultations.
Demystifying the Path to Homeownership

While owning a home remains a pinnacle aspiration for many Filipinos, the perceived complexity of the process often deters potential buyers. The “Hello, Home, Forever” expo was architected to directly address and dismantle this barrier.
John Richard Sotelo, Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager of Robinsons Land, notes that the modern Filipino buyer employs a sophisticated calculus, weighing not just aesthetics but also location, property management, and integrated services. The difficulty, he explains, lies in navigating both the selection and the intricate purchasing process. In response, RLC Residences curated the expo to mirror the buyer’s journey, creating a one-stop destination that integrated interactive property displays, personalized consultations, and dedicated support services.
Claro Cordero Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield, Charm De Leon, architect Dax Tapay, and Home Buddies’ Frances Cabatuando share their insights.
The experience was enriched by a curated program of discussions featuring industry leaders. Claro Cordero Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield contextualized the current state of the Philippine real estate market. The program also explored financial strategy with Charm De Leon, the structural and aesthetic considerations of design with architect Dax Tapay and Home Buddies’ Frances Cabatuando, and the nuances of property investment with Sheila Lobien, CEO of Lobien Realty Group. Adding a personal dimension, renowned personality and RLC Residences homeowner Heart Evangelista shared her own journey, offering a compelling testimonial to the brand’s promise.
A Curated Journey Through the RLC Residences Vision
The venue itself was a narrative, divided into three distinct zones that guided guests through a deliberate progression of discovery and engagement.
Zone 1: The Point of Entry

Upon entry, guests were met with an expansive display of RLC Residences’ nationwide portfolio, immediately establishing the breadth of their offerings. Here, Home Match kiosks served as the initial touchpoint, allowing attendees to clarify their needs and receive tailored recommendations.
Before proceeding, guests journeyed through the Legacy Lane, an artful installation that chronicled Robinsons Land’s 45-year history of city-building and RLC Residences’ own evolution in meeting the demands of the modern Filipino.
Zone 2: Immersive Engagement

The second zone offered a tangible experience of the RLC Residences lifestyle. Walk-throughs of The Sapphire Bloc and Aurora Escalades provided an authentic glimpse into the developer’s integrated residential and commercial spaces. Intricate scale models of premier developments—including The Velaris Residences, Le Pont, and Haraya Residences—offered a bird’s-eye view of architectural vision.
This zone also highlighted the robust digital infrastructure that supports homeowners. Demonstrations of the myRLC Home app showcased a streamlined platform for payments and document submissions, while the Ring Rob Concierge station presented its extensive menu of over 70 lifestyle and property management services, including professional fit-out assistance. Here, guests could refine their search at a second set of Home Match kiosks, narrowing their choices to specific locations.
Zone 3: From Vision to Reality

The final zone served as the nexus for acquisition. At the Booking Support and Operations Desk, aspiring homeowners could secure their chosen properties with the aid of on-site finance partners. Booths from brand partners presented exclusive perks and value-added solutions, enriching the ownership experience from its inception.
This culminating area also fostered a sense of community, featuring a discussion lounge and an event stage for presentations, which transformed the transactional process into a shared, celebratory experience.
A Mandate for an Empowered Future

For Sotelo, the expo’s success is measured not just in sales, but in its ability to reframe the narrative around property investment. He hopes the event demonstrated that RLC Residences provides not just a unit, but a comprehensive support system for whichever stage of life a person is in.
“I really hope that with the expo, we were able to do two things,” Sotelo states. “One is to help buyers get their forever home. Second, I would like it to be a message to everyone interested in real estate who may have been worried that the industry is a little bit difficult nowadays.”
He emphasizes that in the current market, favorable conditions and developer incentives present a prime opportunity for investment. By simplifying the home-buying journey, RLC Residences is clearing the path for aspiring homeowners. The “Hello, Home, Forever” expo stands as a confident declaration of this mission, signaling a future where the path to finding a home is not just easier, but profoundly more rewarding.
