RDS Global Unveils Total Interior Solution with New Boloni Showroom
The local design landscape has a significant new player following the grand launch of the Boloni Philippines showroom in Makati City. The celebrated event marked the official entry of a leading global brand, renowned for its “total interior solution” approach, into the Philippine market through an exclusive partnership with RDS Global Allianz.
Hosted by Mica Pineda, the launch brought together Boloni executives and key figures from the local design, business, and media communities. The event was split into an afternoon media launch, which culminated in a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, and an evening “Designers’ Night.”

RDS Global’s Roman See and Debbie Ong See led the ribbon-cutting, joined by Boloni’s top executives—Founder Frank Cai, General Manager Mercury Ma, and Chief Production Director Heiko Vogelsang—as well as President and CEO of Eton Properties Kyle Tan, and special guests Miss Universe Catriona Gray and designer Tessa Prieto-Valdes.
A New Standard in Home Customization

Celebrating its 33rd anniversary, Boloni has built a global reputation by masterfully blending Italian design elegance with German precision technology. As highlighted during the launch, Boloni’s key differentiator is its comprehensive “total interior solution.”

Mr. Roman See captured the brand’s unique offering in his opening remarks. “Unlike brands that focus on just one area, Boloni offers a total interior solution — from kitchens to wardrobes, wall panels, doors, and even loose furniture,” he stated. “It’s about seamless design, quality, and efficiency all in one place.”
This approach means clients can source their entire home exclusively through Boloni, with numerous customization options. The new showroom, designed by C+Y Design Studio highlights this integration, showcasing advanced customizable kitchens with automated elements like expandable countertops and modern COB lighting.

COB (Chip On Board) lighting packs multiple LED chips onto a single substrate, creating a uniform, high-intensity light source. This design eliminates the hot spots of traditional LEDs and is favored for its clean, energy-efficient, and low-heat illumination, making it a significant upgrade for accent and task lighting.
The innovation extends to mechanically-powered closet doors and islands, custom glass doors with thin profiles, and sophisticated wall panels made with high-quality veneers.
Boloni achieves this by sourcing premium materials from Germany, Belgium, and Italy, which are then assembled in its advanced facilities in China. The result, as emphasized at the launch, is a product that meets the benchmarks for high-end designer fixtures but at a more accessible price point.
Vogelsang was present to reinforce this message. In his speech, he emphasized the brand’s high quality standards, which are implemented to ensure every client’s home remains durable and sustainable for years to come.
A Glimpse into the ‘Total Interior Solution’

A review of the brand’s offerings shows they are presented as a fully integrated system for a seamless home. The catalog builds around key residential zones, starting with kitchen systems shown as multifunctional spaces with advanced controls and lighting.
A major focus is on customizable wardrobe and storage solutions, detailing multiple configurations from open, column-based structures to fully built-in wall systems. These are showcased with a wide array of finishing materials, including wood, leather, and various types of glass, available in both swing and sliding door formats.
The brand’s strongest message, however, is integration. It features extensive interior door and wall paneling options designed to work in harmony, fulfilling the promise that a single system can encompass doors, walls, and cabinetry. Loose furniture rounds out the collection, completing the whole-home offering.
A Partnership 15 Years in the Making
Boloni’s arrival is anchored by its strong partnership with RDS Global, a company that, as Mr. Roman See noted, has spent “the past 15 years” with a mission to “bring innovative brands and exceptional materials that help designers and clients bring their visions to life.”
RDS Global will serve as the exclusive partner for sales, customization, and installation in the Philippines, ensuring that Boloni’s international standards are seamlessly delivered to local clients.
Ms. Debbie Ong See of RDS Global echoed this sentiment, welcoming the gathered “industry partners, architects, and interior designers.” She emphasized that the evening was a celebration of their collective “expertise, and support,” positioning the new showroom as a resource for the entire creative community.
The evening transitioned into a special closing speech from BluPrint Editor in Chief, Geewel Fuster. Fuster captured the energy in a room filled with leading architects and designers. She noted that the brand’s arrival signals a “shift in our market” but posed a critical question: in an age of global systems, how do Filipino designers champion their “own distinct design identity?
Fuster challenged the guests to use this “new vocabulary and make it speak our language,” creating spaces that are “authentically and unmistakably ours.”
The evening culminated in a ceremonial toast led by Roman See, raising a glass to the grand launch and to “honor the creativity, collaboration, and passion” of the design community. Guests were all treated to guided tours of the new showroom, getting a firsthand look at Boloni’s extensive range of finishes, materials, and integrated home solutions.
With its doors now officially open, Boloni Philippines, powered by RDS Global, is poised to become a cornerstone for Filipino designers and homeowners—a true one-stop shop for a sophisticated and globally-trusted “total interior solution.”
