Bugatti Reveals the Design of its First Residential Skyscraper
Bugatti is most famous for the luxury cars its been building and gifting the world with since the company’s establishment in 1909. But being in partnership with Dubai developer Binghatti, which is known for being one of the biggest property developers and holding companies in the United Arab Emirates, the luxury car brand has dipped its toes into the real estate industry and came out with the design of its first residential skyscraper to be built at the heart of Dubai.
42-stories high, the Bugatti residential skyscraper is set to have 171 apartments which are referred to as the Riviera Mansions, and 11 penthouses dubbed the Sky Mansion Residences. The building will be topped by a pool while each skyscraper apartment will have a unique shape with access to a curved balcony where the eyes can feast on fantastic views. The building’s design will incorporate the aesthetic of the French Riviera’s flair and grace through the building’s organically sculpted design and amenities like the private spa, a members’ club, and a ‘riviera-inspired beach’.
Through the creation of this residential skyscraper possessing a meticulously designed facade that’s complimented by intricately designed interiors, Bugatti and Binghatti are able to showcase the unparalleled excellence their companies are famous for.
According to Bugatti, its French riviera aesthetic will be incorporated into every aspect of the development–starting from one’s entry into the lobby accentuated with recessed lighting and soaring glass walls that give a sense of open-air luxury and gives one the sense of exhilaration that takes hold of the senses and transports residents into the inspiring French region that has long since captured the hearts of the connoisseurs of refined living.
“In the same way that Bugatti has translated the beauty and sophistication of French luxury into the design of its hyper sports cars, Bugatti Residences brings the breeze and feel of the French Riviera into this private oasis.” Bugatti states.
The penthouses will also be served by a pair of garage-to-penthouse car lifts that allow owners to drive and park their cars directly into their customized apartments–a feature similar to Bentley’s Miami skyscraper which will also have car lifts that allow owners to drive vehicles directly into apartments on all levels. Overall, the residence’s form and interiors tug on Bugatti’s luxurious heritage that’s been recognized by eyes from all over the world.
Alongside Bugatti, other famous car brands like Bentley, Aston Martin, and Porsche have also entered the booming real estate industry with residentials that reflect each of their own luxurious designs.
