The 12th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards Launches With New Categories
PropertyGuru Group (NYSE: PGRU), a leading property technology company in Southeast Asia, has announced the return of the highly anticipated 2024 edition of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. The 12th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards will take place on September 6, 2024, at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. Submissions are now open to industry professionals and the public via asiapropertyawards.com/nominations until 14 June 2024.
The latest timeline for the 2024 awards program was unveiled on March 7, 2024. It happened during an official launch event at the Grand Hyatt Manila in Bonifacio Global City.

14 June 2024 – Entries close
1 July – 9 August 2024 – Site Inspections
12 August 2024 – Final Judging
6 September 2024 – Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony in Manila, Philippines
13 December 2024 – Regional Grand Final Gala Presentation in Bangkok, Thailand
A Diverse Range of Categories
The awards program, which sets out to elevate standards and drive innovation in the real estate sector, features a diverse range of categories recognizing excellence in various specializations and locations. In addition to acknowledging developers’ operational portfolios, the awards highlight their impact in terms of environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) practices.
Esteemed judges, representing various segments of the property sector, will conduct a transparent judging process, culminating in the selection of shortlisted nominees and announcement of winners under the supervision of HLB, a global network of independent advisory and accounting firms.
Cyndy Tan Jarabata, chairperson of the independent panel of judges, emphasized the awards’ role in promoting innovation and raising industry standards. She highlighted the Philippines’ burgeoning real estate market, encompassing luxury and affordable residences, hotels and resorts, retail and F&B hubs, industrial spaces, and master-planned estates.
