Living near her university was a must because Diana always has a full schedule. She’s juggling her studies and her co-curricular activities, so she needs a personal space where she can recharge and relax. She lives in this modern country condo by Primea Design Studio. Diana’s parents contacted the same design studio after working on their other units which are up for rental. At 25-square meters, this condo is as compact as it can get. However, that did not stop the designers from making the most out of the space. The modern country condo is extremely spacious and stylish. It merges the charm of a country farm look with modern accessories to keep it from looking dated. 
Upon entry, you can see the main living areas in an open floor plan. The kitchen is to your right, the bath to the right, and the living area is straight ahead. In the living room, the designers placed enough space for Diana to be able to host group study sessions with classmates. Real bricks often make a unit smaller due to its thick size. So the designers scouted for a wallpaper with a brick print. 
The dining area is a compact feature in the condo. It doubles both as a study table or a dining area for two. 
Since there’s a wall placed to separate the bedroom from the entertaining area, slats were placed in the wall to let the air from the single aircon circulate in the unit. 
The unit has a very feminine appeal. The designers mentioned that they wanted the modern country condo to not only be a place where Diana can relax, but also a place where she can study in peace. The bedroom has a study area and a wardrobe for the med student.
