Spearheaded by Morfosis, a visionary design firm renowned for its innovative approach, this condominium project exemplifies the intersection of elegance and functionality.

Through a comprehensive questionnaire, they unravel the intricacies of daily routines, interests, and inspirations. Drawing inspiration from the clients’ daily routines and passions, the design concept took shape, guided by the evocative artwork of Yoko Tanji’s “Fragments.” Each element of the design narrative was carefully crafted to reflect the essence of the residents’ lives, ensuring a space that resonates with their personal identity.
In response to specific needs, Morfosis embraced a sophisticated dark color palette, characterized by deep hues of black and gray, interwoven with warm wood tones. This deliberate choice not only addresses practical considerations but also infuses the space with a sense of drama and sophistication. The rich tones create a striking backdrop for the curated furnishings and accents, elevating the overall aesthetic to new heights of luxury.
Infusing the space with personalized touches, Morfosis created bespoke features that reflect the residents’ unique identity. From innovative storage solutions to multi-functional furniture pieces, every detail was thoughtfully considered to enhance the residents’ daily living experience.
Moreover, Morfosis meticulously hand picked materials and textures to enrich the sensory experience of the space. Luxurious porcelain tiles, industrial-inspired finishes, and tactile fabrics create a harmonious interplay of texture and touch, inviting residents to indulge their senses and immerse themselves in the comfort of their surroundings.
