Designed by renowned architectural firm P&T Group and interior design leader FM Architettura, Shang Summit marks Shang Properties’ first residential project in Quezon City. Its two towers will rise to a record-setting 250 meters as the tallest residential development in the Philippines.

Located in the South Triangle, Quezon City, Shang Summit balances privacy and convenience. The East Tower, the first of the two, features 1,020 beautifully-appointed residences with panoramic city views.

Haraya North Tower to Open in 3rd Quarter

After the successful launch of Haraya Residences’ South Tower, Shang Properties will open the North Tower in the third quarter of this year. Located in the Bridgetowne Destination Estate, this joint venture between Shang Properties Inc. and Robinsons Land Corporation offers larger unit cuts designed to meet the needs of modern families seeking space and luxury.

The North Tower will feature one- to three-bedroom homes ranging from 67 to 203 square meters. Each home includes a loggia; an open-air room extending the living space. Residents can enjoy exclusive access to 2,500 square meters of outdoor amenities and 2,270 square meters of indoor amenities. These include children’s play areas, a swimming pool, and various communal spaces.
