Avida Land’s The Bespoke Experience Brings Personalized Spaces to Life
Design took center stage at The Bespoke Experience, the latest event from Avida Land. It brought together celebrated interior designers representing the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID) and esteemed personalities. Together, they crafted spaces that told deeply personal stories while meeting functional needs. Held at the Glorietta Activity Center from March 21 to 26, the event was an immersive showcase. Visitors could envision themselves in thoughtfully designed Avida communities.
A Fusion of Design and Personality
To highlight the intersection of lifestyle and design, Avida Land partnered with key members of the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID). These included National President IDr. Paolo Castro, Vice President IDr. Cyndi Beltran-Fernandez, and Executive Director for Professional Development IDr. Rossy Rojales. Avida paired each interior designer with a well-known personality to create model units. Each space reflected the distinct style and sensibilities of its collaborators. This collaboration reinforced Avida’s commitment to designing homes that evolve with their homeowners.

Fashion designer Vania Romoff’s signature elegance translated seamlessly into the space designed by Rossy Rojales. Inspired by flowing fabrics and soft light, the unit featured sheer layers, sculptural silhouettes, and delicate textures. Evoking a refined yet effortless ambiance, muted tones and drapery created an intimate environment.

Paolo Castro x Shaira Luna for Sentria Storeys Vermosa
Titled Aperture & Atmosphere, the one-bedroom model unit envisioned by Paolo Castro and photographer Shaira Luna explored the concept of light, depth, and perspective. Taking inspiration from the aperture in photography, the space played with structured minimalism and fluid movement, allowing for an ever-changing atmosphere that mirrored the controlled lighting of a perfect shot. This approach seamlessly blended mid-century modern elements with contemporary sensibilities, reflecting Shaira’s artistic vision.
Sentria Storeys Vermosa sits within the 700-hectare Vermosa estate in Cavite, offering a modern suburban lifestyle. It features pet-friendly spaces, private balconies, and ample green areas for relaxation.
Cyndi Beltran-Fernandez x Kelly Misa for Crescela Nuvali
For content creator Kelly Misa, Cyndi Beltran-Fernandez crafted a serene yet luxurious two-storey model unit, encapsulating the idea of organic luxe. A refined monochromatic palette set the tone, enriched by the interplay of travertine stone, linen wallpapers, and plush fabrics. Soft curves and fluid silhouettes reflected Kelly’s graceful and feminine essence, creating a warm and sophisticated retreat. Crescela Nuvali, situated in Laguna’s eco-city, is a haven for families, featuring lush parks, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and an emphasis on sustainability.
Beyond the model units, The Bespoke Experience transformed the Glorietta Activity Center into a microcosm of Avida’s master-planned communities.
