Nestled within the vibrant cityscape of Lee Garden, a bespoke sanctuary emerges—a testament to personalized luxury and timeless design. Spearheaded by Morfosis, a visionary design firm renowned for its innovative approach, this condominium project exemplifies the intersection of elegance and functionality.

Condominium by Morfosis

Designing a space that resonates with its inhabitants requires a profound understanding of their lifestyle, preferences, and aspirations. For Morfosis, this understanding forms the cornerstone of every project. In their recent project, the firm transformed a Lee Gardens condominium unit into a haven that embodies the essence of its occupants.

Inspiration from Personal Connection

Morfosis embarked on a journey of discovery, immersing themselves in the unique lifestyle and aesthetic preferences of the residents. Through a comprehensive questionnaire, they unravel the intricacies of daily routines, interests, and inspirations. Drawing inspiration from the clients’ daily routines and passions, the design concept took shape, guided by the evocative artwork of Yoko Tanji’s “Fragments.” Each element of the design narrative was carefully crafted to reflect the essence of the residents’ lives, ensuring a space that resonates with their personal identity.

In response to specific needs, Morfosis embraced a sophisticated dark color palette, characterized by deep hues of black and gray, interwoven with warm wood tones. This deliberate choice not only addresses practical considerations but also infuses the space with a sense of drama and sophistication. The rich tones create a striking backdrop for the curated furnishings and accents, elevating the overall aesthetic to new heights of luxury.
