Complementing these efficient fixtures are the durable and aesthetically clean Concept Round Paper Holder with Cover and the Concept Round Grille Soap Dish, which add a final touch of functional quality to the space.

It utilizes commercial-grade MERV filters to remove fine pollutants and allergens from the air before it enters the units. Combined with airtight unit construction to prevent the transfer of odors and smoke from neighbors, and Carbon Monoxide (CO) monitors, the system ensures a “health-first” environment that prioritizes the respiratory safety of residents.
The water-saving strategy relies on high-performance low-flow fixtures. A key component is the Acacia E Basin Mono Faucet, which features a 0.5 GPM (gallons per minute) PCA Spray. This engineered output utilizes a pressure-compensating aerator to drastically reduce water volume while maintaining high-intensity pressure. This technical integration is a primary driver in achieving the EDGE® requirement of 20% water savings compared to traditional residential fixtures.
SPC is an innovative flooring material composed of limestone, polyvinyl chloride, and stabilizers. It was selected for Una Apartments because it is 100% waterproof, highly scratch-resistant, and more durable than traditional laminate or wood. From a sustainability standpoint, its longevity reduces the need for frequent replacements, while its easy-to-maintain surface requires fewer chemical cleaning agents, contributing to better indoor air quality.
Passive design uses the building’s physical structure to manage energy. Una Apartments utilizes a 2.6-meter floor-to-ceiling height and operable windows to facilitate natural stack ventilation and maximize daylighting. By optimizing the “envelope” of the apartment to allow air circulation and natural light, the design reduces the resident’s daily reliance on artificial lighting and mechanical air-conditioning, leading to long-term financial savings.
